Fees - Fees + Fees = Different fees, but just as many

Adam Levin from Credit.com addresses the credit card fees that will replace those that are disappearing with the implementation of the Credit CARD Act of 2009, which goes into effect tomorrow. It seems that even vanishing fees beget more fees.
